A low-profile cuvée in terms of quanity (only 800 bottles a year), our white Vin de France comes from a plot of Clairette Rose in the municipality of Saint Laurent des Arbres.

Presentation

Winemaking: This variety is the pink version of Clairette Blanche; they have similar traits and qualities, except for the colour of the ripe berry skins, which are pink instead of white! We take the same care with our Vin de France as with our other wines: we grow the grapes organically, work the soil, hand pick the grapes in 50 kg crates, and sort them twice, at vine and in cellar.

Cultivation method: Organic (ECOCERT certified) since 1991

Grapes: Clairette rose.

Terroir: Clay and limestone.
