Presentation

Winemaking: Clairette rose et clairette blanche: their characteristics and qualities are similar, except for the color of the berries which, when ripe, are pink for one and white for the other. We give the same care to our Vin de France as to our other wines: organic farming, goblet pruning, soil cultivation, manual harvesting in 50 kg crates, grape sorting in the vineyard, no added yeast, vinification in tanks, and malolactic fermentation.
